01 · Our story

LP stands for Launchpad. We are operators who got tired of watching good ideas stall on the pad, so we built the infrastructure to put them into orbit.

The launchpad is the most dangerous, most decisive moment in a company's life. An idea is strapped to something that could fail, and either finds thrust or doesn't. That moment, ignition, is what we are built for.

We started LP Agency because the rules changed. AI collapsed the cost of building software to almost nothing. Anyone can ship a product in a weekend now. But a product is not a company, and a weekend wrapper is not a moat.

So we built a foundry with a shared operational stack (entity, CRM, telephony, automation, reporting) that every venture inherits on day one. Founders skip the plumbing and go straight to customers.

Three engines feed each other: a foundry that builds our own ventures, an agency that builds AI into select clients, and a consultancy that shows any company where AI takes them next. Each engagement compounds the next.

Marco

Chief Operating Officer

Marco builds at the crossroads of software and hardware, an engineer as fluent in code as in the physical world it controls. He launched one of the Netherlands' first on-demand printing platforms, automated the aerial survey of an entire national rail network and built radar-driven security systems where software meets the real world. He is the partner who turns an idea into something real, shipped and running.

Jeroen

Chief Executive Officer

Jeroen is a serial entrepreneur who set LP Agency in motion and leads it today. He has launched pre-seed startups, scaled growth-stage companies, worked inside global corporates, and advised founders and venture-capital funds across the world, having lived in more than ten countries on every continent. He leads from one conviction: the hard part was never the idea, it was the nerve to take it all the way to orbit.
